The Orange Club’s Laughter Yoga sessions will give you a super-powered wellness workout to leave you feeling centred and invigorated. They begin with body movement, deep breathing, stretching exercises and eye contact before full raucous laughter is unleashed upon the group. And they conclude with a period of silent space in which improved mental state, feelings of freedom and a sense of social bonding can be observed.
